We are seeking a Data Center Thermal Engineer to support the Layout design and performance optimization of our high performance data centers.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Perform thermal simulations using CFD tools like 6SigmaDCX, STAR-CCM+, Ansys Fluent or equivalent.
- Perform thermal validation and create test reports as per the customer requirement.
- Working knowledge of heat sink/fan selection and optimization.
- Collaborate with product owners and technical leads to identify and establish requirements for our next-generation data centers.
- Engineers will be responsible for taking designs from concept to the authority submission and construction document set
- You must be capable of defining critical equipment specifications and approving equipment document submittals.
- Work with regional vendors and manufactures to specify the appropriate electrical equipment and Cooling solutions
- Work with commissioning teams to accurately validate installation, operation, and performance of mechanical systems
- Engage and collaborate with internal and 3rd party teams to enable outstanding design and product lifecycle management

**Requirement**:

- Proficient in use of CFD software tools such as 6 Sigma DCX, STAR-CCM+, Ansys Fluent or equivalent.
- Understanding of mechanical air-side and water-side systems for critically important environments and various data center HVAC topologies
- Solid understanding and experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) systems
