**Position Summary**:
As Partner, Microsoft/IBM/Oracle, you are required to drive the overall growth of the practice through a combination of business development, talent management and oversight of project delivery. As a thought leader, you are to set strategic direction for the practice including driving technical excellence and operational efficiencies, sales and building capabilities in Microsoft/IBM/Oracle consultancy and delivery.

You will manage a team in providing solution, consultancy and also implementing solutions for our customers in Singapore and the region as part of our growth for revenue, profits, service quality and customer satisfaction.

The person will need ‘hands-on’ knowledge, vast exposure and wealth of experience within vendor and user environment, coupled with a driven and self-motivated personality. The role requires a deep understanding and experience in implementing Microsoft/IBM/Oracle solutions for large organisations to be able to influence buying decisions, craft rich solutions and win new deals.

**The ideal profile should have / be**:

- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least 15 years' experience in IT delivery
- Minimally 5 years’ experience in Microsoft/IBM/Oracle, expert level experience in the Microsoft/IBM/Oracle product suite. Hands-on’ knowledge, vast exposure and wealth of experience within vendor and user environment
- Experience in developing technology solutions and able to manage Microsoft/IBM/Oracle projects for large enterprises, building capabilities that spans across different geographical locations
- Proven track record in establishing a practice or Centre of Excellence in Microsoft/IBM/Oracle
- Able to lead teams in delivery Microsoft/IBM/Oracle solution and services and possess a driven and self-motivated personality
- Excellent communications and able to work well at all level
