**JOB SUMMARY**
- As the Head, Delivery Constructs & Enablement, you will be accountable for evolving the delivery operating model to unlock value realisation of organisational outcomes. You will drive the design and implement clear and scalable structures to support product and platform delivery, agility, and accountability.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, change management, people management, and risk management skills to enhance overall delivery efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives.- In this role, you will partner closely with CIOs, Business Heads, and their respective teams and Delivery Coaches to plan and implement strategic initiatives in various domains, improving change delivery across Corporate and Investment Banking, Wealth and Retail Banking, Group Functions, and Support.
You are successful in this role when you meet agreed key performance indicators such as % alignment to product delivery model, constructs and role clarity, capability development**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**
- Translate the bank’s product delivery strategy into a fit-for-purpose product delivery model constructs and enablement that supports speed, efficiency, customer centricity and value creation.
- Utilise data and insights to build and evolve delivery constructs and enablement across Products and Platforms, ensuring that business cases for change are compelling and supported by clear evidence.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap for the Delivery Constructs and Enablement team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in delivery model design, team topologies, data-driven decision-making, and agile delivery.
- Engage stakeholders on strategic alignment and capability gaps across business-critical initiatives.

**Business**
- Engage stakeholders across Business, Technology and Operations to ensure consistent adoption and implementation of the model.
- Own the delivery constructs and enablement roadmap and continuously evolve it in response to changing business needs, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics.
- Present transformation progress and business cases with clarity and precision, fostering trust at senior leadership level.

**Processes**
- Build and maintain a Delivery Model playbook that is actionable, modular, and aligned to different maturity levels.
- Integrate guidance into existing governance forums and standards in the Bank.
- Challenge and steer improvement of processes, governance, team design, org structure, funding models at the Group to improve delivery performance, productivity, and efficiency.

**People & Talent**
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Delivery Constructs and Enablement team members and assigned Lead, Delivery Coaches.

**INTERNAL**
- Design and implement talent development programs, resources, and workshops on structural clarity, decision rights, and accountability across roles.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and improvement among Delivery Coaches and stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities, inspiring and guiding teams to achieve desired outcomes through effective communication and mentorship.

**Risk Management**
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential structural and operational risks that may arise from organisational changes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures related to Model updates and rollout.
- Develop and maintain contingency plans to address unforeseen issues that may arise during the delivery process.

**Governance**
- Speak up and proactively flag gaps and deviations to the key principles, Change Delivery Standards and Change Delivery Model as a Product Delivery Organization, and steer execution of improvement plans to address them
