The Centre for Population Health Research and Implementation (CPHRI) is a centralised platform for population health research, innovation, implementation and evaluation activities at the SingHealth Regional Health System (RHS). CPHRI aims to seamlessly leverage data and technology to guide and support population health initiatives and accelerate the implementation of research findings in care delivery and improvement.

You will identify and analyse the emerging technological opportunities in alignment with the innovation needs of CPHRI and SingHealth RHS. You will build partnerships and liaise with the key external partners on innovation projects. You will work with internal stakeholders and partners to identify innovation developments and implement them into the population health ecosystem.

You will provide technical guidance to researchers and clinicians in adopting, developing, test bedding and implementing digital tools. You will also support sourcing of internal and external funding. You will prepare papers, reports and presentations to the funders, SingHealth management and external parties as required.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Engineering/Industrial Design/Computer Science/Information Management or other related fields
- Healthcare experience would be a bonus
- Basic knowledge in prototype design, construction, assembly, testing, medical technology regulatory and quality standards
- Ability to simplify complex ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
