Assist the senior executive in residential care operations at the home to ensure that all residents are provided with quality care and protection.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Home Management**

Administration and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Home Management, Resident Management, and Incident Management SOC requirements.
- Regularly review and maintain necessary documentation for routine checks and licensing inspections, including but not limited to daily muster, visitor logs, program proposals and reports, behavior management reports, medication logs, staff roster, children and youths’ records (belongings, medication), visitor records, sick bay hourly checks records, staff meeting minutes, BOV records, internal incident reports, and orientation records.
- Review SOPs for Home Management, Resident Management, Physical Management, and Incident Management bi-annually.
- Manage the store and closely monitor its inventory, including ensuring that essential items in first aid kits are sufficient.
- Compile and submit monthly and quarterly reports to MSF (vaccination reports, monthly submission reports, RC6 reports).
- Support Senior Executive and Deputy Manager (Residential Care) in the Home’s routine checks, Review Board 6 visits, and licensing inspections.
- To provide supervision and support to the team responsible for housekeeping and residents’ transportation
- Undertake any other duties directed by the Senior Executive, Residential Care.

Finance
- To disburse the school pocket money and transport fares for children and youths.
- Develop the Annual Home Budget plan with the residential care team for Director approval.

Interventions Support
- Gather necessary data for Melrose Heroes and the Academic Support Programme.
- Collaborate with unit’s I/Cs and Acting Senior Executive to create monthly reports for the programs.

Facility and Physical Management
- Assist facility officer in planning, scheduling, and completing daily/monthly/bi-monthly/six-monthly facility maintenance tasks to support home operations.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Degree in human-related services (preferably in Social Work or Psychology)
- Highly organized and meticulous.
- Familiar with prevailing residential care professional standards.
