**About the Job**
- Escalate queries to the relevant departments and round back to clients in a timely manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects such as market research and platform training activities.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements and Skills**
- Minimum local diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in related fields is a bonus but not required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,700.00 - $5,100.00 per month
