**Position: Tech Lead (JAVA)**
**Employment Type: 1-year Agency Contract (Highly Renewable)**
**Location: Ang Mo Kio**
**Mode of work: Hybrid**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Development Leadership**:

- ** Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize 7-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE, Micro Services, API, and REST.
- ** Integration and Protocols**:

- Familiarity with standard formats such as XML, SWIFT, and ISO20022.
- In-depth working knowledge of Unix and exposure to Enterprise Serial Bus, MQ, and transmission protocols like SFTP and HTTP.
- ** Domain Knowledge**:

- Demonstrate domain and operational knowledge of Trade Financing and Supply Chain Financing.
- Perform Shell scripting to enhance system functionalities.
- ** Database Management**:

- Hands-on development experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases.
- Proficient in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring seamless system performance.
- ** Tools and Communication**:

- Work with tools such as JIRA and GITHUB for project management and version control.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ** Vendor Management**:

- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables align with project requirements.
- Collaborate with external partners to optimize project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 7 years of hands-on development experience in Java, J2EE, Micro Services, API, and REST.
- Deployment experience in Application Servers such as IBM WebSphere, JBOSS, WebLogic, and Tomcat.
- Strong functional knowledge of FinTech solutions, including Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation and Fusion Corporate Channel.
- Familiarity with standard formats: XML, SWIFT, ISO20022.
- In-depth working knowledge of Unix, Enterprise Serial Bus, MQ, SFTP, HTTP.
- Domain and operational knowledge of Trade Financing and Supply Chain Financing.
- Familiarity with Shell scripting.
- Hands-on development experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle.
- Proficient in troubleshooting production issues.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and GITHUB.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Vendor Management.
