The UD Group is one of the largest producers of trucks, buses and construction equipment and is also a player in the field of marine & industrial engines. We are looking for a suitably qualified individual to join our Singapore regional distribution centre in Penjuru as:
**Warehouse Assistant**

We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude that is committed to deliver quality in all aspects of the job scope. You are able to see how your own contribution supports our strategy leading to customer success.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

You will be operating in a fast paced parts logistics environment and continuously strive to improve the way of working. You will be exposed to various operation and functional areas such as Inbound, Outbound, Quality and Inventory control.

As an operations team member you will be responsible to:

- Perform inbound receipts, check-in function with built-in quality, and locating
- Stop to fix following built in quality, deviating non-conformance materials during check-in process
- Perform picking and packing according to shipping standards and requirement
- Perform cycle counting, scrapping, supplier buyback / returns when assigned by supervisor
- Perform operations following standard work and EHS guidelines
- Pre-packing and labelling activities will be required when needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in operating warehouse equipment such as reach truck
- Fork lift license required as part of daily operations tool
- Ability to understand English, Written and Spoken
- Work at Height certificate considered a merit.
- Minimum 2 years of experience from Logistics/Warehouse environment.
- Be physically fit to handle heavy lifting

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $1,700.00 - $2,300.00 per month
