- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Proven track record of financial management and operational excellence
- Familiarity with managing change and leading organisational transformation
- Ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performance team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
