Join the dynamic team at Solateks, a cutting-edge solar company based in Singapore, as a Project Technician. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to use your technical expertise to minimize downtime, maximize system efficiency, and play an active role in key projects.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Responsible for planning and supervising the site progress and coordination with the sub-contractors and consultants
- Preparation of progress report and site photos
- Prepare necessary paper works and keep site records such as photos/documents/correspondences
- Work closely with the project team to achieve the target of quality, safety and budget control

**Requirements**:

- At least a National Institute of Technical Education Certificate whose curriculum is relevant to Civil works
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the local construction industry
- Basic computer skills to edit
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and PDF
- Able to read Construction drawings
- Willing to learn
- Ability to work independently and communicate with all levels
- Customer-orientated
- Ensure that the works are carried out according to the approved drawings, quality procedures and EHS requirements
- Managing the work with excellent housekeeping is a key focus
- For quality management, the engineer is responsible for fully implementing the quality recordings, carrying out result analysis and formulating action plans for continuous improvement. Indoor-outdoor work-based environment
- Comfortable to carry equipment no more than 30kg, with assistance.
- omfortable in an English-speaking environment
- Implement and maintain proper recordings to comply with EHS, quality, client and authorities’ requirements
- Responsible for cost management so that the materials used for both temporary works and permanent works are not damaged or control the wastage within a specified tolerance. Rework or abortive work which has severe time and cost impacts shall be avoided
- Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM are necessary for the execution of the project.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
