**Work Location**:Singapore / Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategy - Senior Specialist, as part of the Talent & Learning function in Human Resources. In this regional role covering Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa (AMEA), you will play a critical role in planning and implementing recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to grow FedEx brand through amplifying our mission, culture and team.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Developing FedEx employer brand strategy, including:

- monitoring and tracking success of social media/ recruitment marketing/ employer branding programs and campaigns and proposing improvement plans
- Designing and implementing campus recruitment strategy for internship and graduate trainee program and measuring success and growth opportunities through data analysis
- Partnering with Organization Design team to develop enhanced job descriptions and job posting strategies
- Supporting with labor market intelligence tools and resources to facilitate developing talent strategies for respective business units, including but not limited to job specific attraction and sourcing strategies
- Leading and partnering other HR projects and/or across business functions

**What’s needed to be successful**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in multinational organizations, preferably in regional capacity
- Proven track record in executing successful employer branding/recruitment marketing initiatives
- Experience in developing and executing content and employer brand strategy across multiple online/offline platforms with strong project management skills
- Experience in and/or understanding of talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes and selection methods will be preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships and work with stakeholders across functions
- Strong communication skills with analytical capability
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
