Providing paralegal support to the Sales & Client Services team located in our Singapore Regional Office, and Hong Kong and Shanghai local offices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Due diligence review of legal documents.
- Manage the fund manager authorization of distributors process in liaison with Head Office.
- Proof-reading and fact-checking.
- Document management & administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the APAC Legal Department

Coordination of signing of legal documents.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Law.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- High command of Spanish language, both written and spoken, is a plus, in order to facilitate communication with HO colleagues,
- Able to thrive in a relatively small team environment.
- Energetic, positive “can do” attitude, good people skills and a team player.
- Must be willing to “roll up sleeves” and be “hands on”.
