As a founding team member, the Aluminum Trader will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s aluminum strategy, providing insights on market trends, and developing both short-term and long-term business opportunities. Reporting to the Director, the role involves identifying profitable trading opportunities and formulating trading plans for alumina, aluminium ingots,and high-grade aluminum ore.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, International Trading, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience in aluminum trading (physical trade and financial derivative experience)
- Familiarity with domestic trading systems and business models in aluminum operations
- Understanding of current and future market trends and pricing patterns
- Proven track record and relevant industry contacts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts
