**Position Summary**
The HRBP contributes to the growth of the business by working closely with the business leaders to drive the people strategy and agenda.
This role partners a major business unit within the Singapore Subsidiary and ensures that the business receives the HR support required from all HR COE functions.
The HRBP will be a trusted partner to the business to drive the full-spectrum of HR initiatives including employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, performance management and learning & development
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Proactively engage the business to deliver the people strategy and to drive a Great Work Place initiative
- Partner the C&B team to deliver relevant framework and executions to the business including formulating and communicating of performance evaluations
- Work with TA team to drive recruitment of critical talent and to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new joiners
- Implement best practices to drive people engagement to aid in overall retention strategy
- Effectively communicate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders of the business unit
- Coach and challenge business leaders on organizational capabilities required to deliver business objectives
- Act as change agent to influence business leaders in adopting change management and transformation
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen analytical ability
- Proficient in Singapore Employment Act and other MOM and TAFEP guidelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High degree of initiative
- Positive attitude with high energy levels
- Ability to adapt and respond to rapid changes in a fast moving dynamic business environment
- Collaborative spirit
