**Description:

- **
- Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system
- Handling AP & AR functions including preparing PO, DO and Invoicing
- Maintain records of customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Prepare monthly aging report
- Prepare monthly customer SOA
- Assist with month-end and year end account closing
- Verifying the accuracy of bills and matching with purchase orders
- Liaise with clients & suppliers
- To assist ordering of stock
- To assist to allocating of stock when stock arrives
- Liaise with freight forwarding company for transportation of goods by air, land or sea
- Support in administrative duties and ensure proper filing of project documentation
- Perform other routine accounting and administrative activities according to the organization's established procedures

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (autocount)
- Good organizational, communication and time management skills
- Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
- Able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
