OBJECTIVE

Reporting to the Finance Manager & Finance Controller, this role offers a great balance of interesting and challenging work in a brilliant work environment with exposure across many business units.

THE ROLE

Manage on forecast and budgeting on expenses & assist in Capital Budget & Forecasts preparation

Manage balance sheet accounts reconciliation reviews

Manage the year-end financial audits

Manage financial statements consolidated between Regional Office and branch (shared service unit)

Manage corporate tax computation (ECI, Form C & ITC) and GST quarterly return to IRAS

Manage preparation of MAS FSI (annually)

Intercompany debit notes issuance and reconciliation

Assist in review of intercompany agreement with Legal & intercompany reconciliation

Assist in accounting and management of Regional Office and other related entities

Assist in the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and commentary for submission to Group Entity

Support process improvement initiatives and support Controllership team on finance projects

Other ad hoc tasks

**Qualifications**:
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALITIES

Accounting degree qualified

3-4 years of experience in a similar role

Excellent excel skills

Proactive individual focused on process improvements

Ability to think and act innovatively

Good command of the English language

Strong relationship building, presentation and interfacing skills

Strong orientation to teamwork and partnering
