We seek a dedicated recruitment professional to partner long-term with our leadership team and drive our talent strategy across both markets.

**Key Responsibilities / 主要职责**:

- Lead end-to-end executive search for managerial & specialist roles across all business units (amusement parks, retail outlets, F&B).

负责从岗位需求分析到候选人交付的全流程高管及专业人才搜寻，覆盖游乐场、零售及餐饮等业务线。

在新加坡及马来西亚搭建并维护人才数据库，前瞻性地映射行业精英资源。
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarking and search strategies.

向用人部门提供市场洞察、薪酬对标及人才搜寻策略建议。
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.

安排及执行面试，与候选人谈判薪酬，并协助入职对接。
- Travel regularly between Singapore and Malaysia to engage stakeholders and attend on-site meetings.

定期往返新马两地，与各分部领导及团队对接，开展现场招募活动。
- Deliver monthly recruitment reports, metrics and continuous improvement recommendations.

提供月度招聘报告及数据分析，并提出优化建议。

**Requirements / 任职要求**
- **Mandatory**:Certified Executive Search Professional (CEI) qualification.

**必须持有 CEI 证书**。
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment headhunting experience, preferably in retail, entertainment or F&B sectors.

至少3年猎头/高管搜索经验，有零售、娱乐或餐饮行业背景优先。
- Proven track record of placing mid

成功为新马市场中高级人才完成职位匹配的实绩。
- **Early-childhood expertise**:Experience in recruiting or working with children’s education/entertainment programs; holders of a valid Preschool Teacher Certificate (国内幼师证) will be given priority.

**幼儿相关经验：**具备儿童教育或儿童娱乐项目招聘/工作经验；持有幼师资格证者优先考虑。
- Excellent English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency a plus.

出色的英语沟通能力，会中文者优先。
- Willingness to travel 50%+ of the time and operate with high autonomy.

须能接受超过50%的出差频率，并具备高度自主执行能力。
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills.

优秀的客户管理、谈判及汇报呈现能力。
