**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for shipping processing using Oracle, Trax & other system
- Co-ordinating packing arrangements with Order Execution Team and Operation Team
- Prepare all shipment instructions and documentations (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists and Delivery notes etc) ensuring all shipments are timely and delivery schedule
- Ensure proper documentation (COO, LC, GST) are in-place for each delivery/shipment
- Manage & ensure all complete GST documents submission to Finance on weekly basis
- Coordinate closely with Forwarder & CSR to close outstanding GST within 30 days timeline

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Nitec holder in Logistic management or related fields
- 2-3 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation or specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Experience within a distribution center is an advantage.
- Knowledge of freight management and preparing of shipping documents.
