As our Engagement Intern, you will play a key role in designing and executing staff engagement initiatives and contribute to efforts at building organisational culture and organisational effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Staff Engagement Initiatives: Support the design and implementation of staff engagement initiatives that align with SBF's purpose and goals, closely adhering to the SBF Staff Engagement Framework. This includes integrating Emergenetics into engagement events, creating visually appealing and effective communication materials, and gathering and analyzing feedback to measure the effectiveness of these initiatives.
- Values Refresh and Culture Building Efforts: Contribute to the SBF Values Refresh exercise and ideate on strategies to build and sustain a desired workplace culture and assist in organising events and activities to engage and promote SBF’s refreshed values and various culture-building initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably studying in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, organisational culture, and HR practises
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency and experience in design tools such as Canva is a plus
- Must be able to commit at least 3 months
