**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**:
We are a Singapore headquartered entity with subsidiaries across 6 countries, with an annual revenue of close to S$50m.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead AI Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of generative AI projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Workflow Analysis: Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement through AI integration.
- Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps that illustrate how generative AI can enhance efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness across various departments.
- Collaborate: Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure the successful implementation of AI solutions.
- Assess Needs: Identify business challenges suitable for AI solutions, develop pilot projects, and measure their impact on operational performance.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in generative AI to guide strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven interest in project management, process improvement, and AI technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess workflows and identify areas for enhancement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to drive change, foster a culture of experimentation, and promote innovation within the organization.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms is highly desirable.
