**JOB Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Create and manage Dynamics 365 CRM online solutions

2.Create solution components; create managed and unmanaged solutions; configure publishers and versions; work with multiple solutions; import and export solutions

3.Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms

4.Design the form structure; build a form; use specialized form components; use access teams and sub-grids; work with navigation; understand form types; use multiple forms; implement form customizations and mobile clients

5.Implement Dynamics CRM views and visualizations

6.Create view types; manage system, public, and personal views; create, modify, and delete views; customize views; customize charts etc.

7.Configure field customizations

8.Develop and configure fields; configure field properties; use calculated fields; use rollup fields; configure global option sets; create alternate keys; configure field-level security; understand status and status reasons

**Day to day responsibilities:
- Develop SharePoint Online and MS365 solutions utilizing an integrated architecture approach; leverage modern out-of-the-box user interface components in combination with SharePoint Framework to achieve the desired business solutions
- Effectively research and understand emerging and up-to-date practices, as you will be working on new & evolving Microsoft technologies
- Proactively keep up to date with the changing technical landscape through training and knowledge sharing.
- Work cooperatively in a team environment

- Able to translate architecture designs in a technology specific solution.
- You have a problem-solving attitude
- Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products
- Understanding about authentication and security
- Good customer facing skills
- Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in scrum teams with an understanding of the Agile methodology
- Relevant experience of 2-5 years
