**Role Overview**:
You will be responsible for planning, organizing, writing, editing, and coordinating the production of training books used across various modules in our consultant development academy. The materials will be used for onboarding, skills training, sales development, and leadership grooming.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders (trainers, content owners, leaders) to gather training objectives and raw content
- Develop, write, and structure training manuals, e-books, workbooks, and facilitator guides
- Ensure content consistency, brand tone, and formatting across all training modules
- Manage timelines and deliverables for different phases of the project
- Coordinate with designers (if needed) to produce visually engaging materials
- Create printable and digital-friendly versions of all materials
- Maintain an organized archive of training content for future updates

**Requirements**:

- Strong command of English and excellent writing/editing skills
- Proven experience in instructional design, training content development, or editorial project management
- Familiar with adult learning principles and structured curriculum development
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools
- Highly organized with strong time management and communication skills
- Able to commit over a 6-8 month project timeline, working independently and meeting deadlines

**Nice to Have**:

- Background in financial services or sales training
- Experience creating LMS-compatible content
- Graphic/layout skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms
