Responsibilities
  • Monthly Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent content delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with brand messages and campaign goals.
  • Content Development: Create engaging video content tailored for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and potentially YouTube. Ensure content is creative and adheres to platform best practices.
  • Brand Storytelling: Use visual storytelling to convey the brand's narrative, enhance online presence, and connect with viewers.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and manage postings to optimize viewer engagement and track performance analytics.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify and collaborate with influencers to create impactful content and extend reach. Manage relationships and coordinate campaigns that align with our brand goals.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required if the candidate has relevant experience and a strong portfolio.
Preferred Skills
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital content creation with a focus on video.
  • Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your work is required.
  • Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing for social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and the unique requirements of platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
