**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare monthly management accounts.
- Assist in preparing the statutory accounts.
- Prepare monthly and year-end accounts of the company in accordance to group requirement.
- Supervise the maintenance of Fixed Assets Register.
- Organise annual stock take of inventory and reconcile discrepancies.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts including loans and interest calculations.
- Review accounting work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with government authorities, auditors and external accounting bodies on accounting matters.
- Liaise and advise the departments on accounting issues.
- Prepare corporate tax computation.
- Review of GST schedules and reconciliation.
- Any ad hoc duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in keeping the general ledger accounts, reconciliation of monthly accounts and preparation of monthly financial statements, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Possess good knowledge of costing standards and current development in the accountant standard and taxation matters.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and accounting software.
