**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and optimize backend services for real-time fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and risk analysis.
- Build and maintain scalable microservices to support risk assessment models and rule-based detection systems.
- Integrate machine learning models and risk scoring engines into backend systems.
- Implement real-time anomaly detection and alerting mechanisms for suspicious activities.
- Work with large-scale data pipelines, process logs, and analyze behavioral patterns.
- Ensure high system availability, reliability, and scalability in handling risk assessments at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security policies and risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuously optimize system performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- ** 3+ years of backend development experience**, preferably in fintech, crypto, or high-traffic environments.
- Proficiency in **Java (Spring Boot),**basic frameworks, such as multithreading and networking.
- Strong understanding of **distributed systems, and Spring microservices, Dubbo.**:

- Experience with **SQL & NoSQL databases** (MySQL, Redis, Hive, Starrocks).
- Experience in Graph database(Nebula, Neptune).
- Familiarity with **message queues & streaming** (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Experience working with **cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Alicloud)**.
- Knowledge of big data and machine learning is preferred.
- Experience in **risk management, anti-fraud systems, or transaction monitoring** is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent teamwork skills, and a keen ability to learn and adapt quickly.
