Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily production and non-production order releases/ Schedule Request Form (SRF) within 4 hours. After office hours, the measurement starts from next working day.
- Drive Customer Service Index to improve operational indices for customers.
- Purchase Order Management. Acknowledge purchase orders within 24 hours, cancel redundant purchase orders and ensure correct shipping address. Ensure there is always an active purchase order.
- Assist Account Manager with customer’s material liability (EXOB - Excess and Obsolescence) to minimize STATS ChipPAC revenue exposure.
- Provide accurate WIP visibility. Update and analyze WIP projection by every Wednesday. Highlight any potential issues in missing month end shipment.
- Meet or exceed budget plan and forecasted revenue. Ensure production and service billings and invoiced promptly with mínimal debit / credit notes.
- Liaise with Shipping on inbound/outbound requests.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferrably in the area of Customer Service in sub-contractor manufacturing environment.
Friendly, patient, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess problem solving capability.
