**We’re Hiring: Solution Execution Partner**:
**Location**: Singapore
**Reports to**: Regional Director of Market Disruption
**Supports**: Lead Strategist, Market Disruption
**Customer Coverage**: Global (yes, your work will make impact worldwide)

**The Mission**:
This isn’t a sales job. This is **Solution Execution**— where strategy meets delivery and impact is non-negotiable.

You’ll work side-by-side with our Lead Strategist, supporting the full journey from presales discovery to post-deployment validation. If you’ve got **1-3 years of experience**, speak fluent Chinese, and thrive in fast-moving, zero-politics teams — let’s go.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the Lead Strategist in **pre-sales technical discovery, solution design, and post-sales onboarding**.
- Deliver **demos, PoCs, technical validation, and handovers**— ensuring customers experience what was promised.
- Liaise with global customers, local partners, and internal teams to **keep execution aligned and outcomes delivered**.
- Work across departments — from engineering to support — to **translate vision into working systems**.
- Be **accountable to the outcome**, not just the checklist. No hiding behind job scopes.

**What You Bring**:

- **Singaporean Citizenship**(required due to contractual, regulatory, and system access requirements).
- **Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written)**— interview will be conducted in Chinese.
- **1-3 years’ experience**in IT support, technical sales, systems integration, or infrastructure roles.
- Familiarity with **cloud, backup, or network tech**(Veeam, Acronis, Azure, etc. is a plus).
- Ability to communicate clearly under pressure — you don’t need hand-holding or ego soothing. Hungry to grow. Comfortable in customer calls. Grounded enough to listen, sharp enough to speak up.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have supported **PoCs, RFPs, or presales engagements**.
- Can handle a **cloud console or command-line tool**without blinking.
- Have worked with **resellers, MSPs, or customer-facing tech teams**.
