Singapore SMARTT PRECISION MFG PTE. LTD. Full time

To support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize the manufacturing process to meet customer requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 or other relevant standards.
- Perform regular quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with R&D, production and QA teams to implement and monitor quality assurance protocols.Create and maintain detailed quality documentation, including test reports, procedures, and corrective actions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), including familiarity with ISO 9001 or other industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and quality control software.
