Quality System Engineer

**QUALITY SYSTEM ENGINEER**

**Objectives**:

- Support the QMS manager in the maintenance and continuous improvement of all Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079) of Group including procedures and processes documentations. Co-ordinating and ensuring the successful certifications and accreditations of the various quality system and industrial standards needed across regions and sites to enable client business strategy and goals.
- Provide training related to the Management Systems.
- Overseas the successful completions of internal quality system audits across the sites, Subcon (PCBA, Meter & Full turnkey) qualification.
- New product introduction and product transfer qualification.
- Develop, support and monitoring of Subcon manufacturing sites quality assurance.
- Oversee effective implementation of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079 Management Systems throughout the company, including any business accreditations.
- Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business.
- Analyse current and future procedural needs of the business.
- Organise and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system.
- Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors.
- Host external Quality System audits.
- Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents.
- Collate quality data for monitoring targets.
- Assist with training of quality awareness.
- Undertake special projects as required.
- Quality control of work by appropriate reviews.
- Support / lead process / continuous improvement activities.
- Manage and monitoring of equipment calibration.
- Coordinate with Outsource Management during selection, assessment and approval of subcons for PCBA, Meter and full turnkey.
- Responsible for establishing controlling / maintaining and improving the subcon quality assurance and development system.
- Perform audits on new and existing subcons with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality performance of the subcon.
- Involve in New production and product transfer to Subcon.
- Initiate Corrective Action Report management and resolution.
- Working with subcon on customer complaint 8D
- Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and policies to measure and ensure subcon performance.
- Monitor key quality metrics (Subcon OTD, and Quality - system, process audit and yield).
- Establish sampling plan and testing criteria during incoming, site inspection or at subcon production.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of three years related experience.
- Must be able to analyse data for accuracy and correctly interpret results.
- Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, ISO17025, MID-D, LNE, QC80000, IECEx80079.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Relational Databases, MS Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
