Job brief

We are looking for a Senior BIM Modeller to work alongside a cross-functional team and develop design plans according to on-going project requirements or tender specifications.

Roles

Develop and prepare construction shop drawing, details drawing, as-built drawing using Autocad & Revit Software

Be responsible for drafting single line, dimensions & electrical connection drawings for approval & submission

Perform routine drawing and update of technical drawings as per project requirements

Liaise with project members and sub-contractors to prepare coordinated shop drawings (CSD) for approval and construction

Perform and maintain proper documentation of clash defection reports

Maintainance and updating of BIM model to as-built

Work closely with project team to achieve optimum mechanical/electrical design

Responsible for producing accurate detailed drawings using client's engineering standards

Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Manager

**Requirements**:
Relevant Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree or equivalent

Proficient in AutoCAD and BIM Modelling software

Knowledge in cGMP standards

Prior experience in a Pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred
