2) Minimum 2 years of BIM Modelling.

3) Capable of preparing BIM (Revit) models and AutoCAD drawings.

4) Knowledge of relevant regulations and authority submissions.

5) Familiar with the latest authority submission process and digital requirements.

6) Capable of working independently and carrying out project/BIM assignments in a team.

7) Capable of participating in BIM meetings.

8) Interested to work in a team and focus on delivery.

9) Good communication skills.

**Job Description**:
1) Participate in BIM implementation, standards, modelling workflow and methodology.

2) Prepare model and detailed drawings.

3) Coordinate and liaise with peers and fellow Consultants' BIM modeller.

4) Good engineering knowledge.

5) Participate in the BIM process.

6) Prepare and carry out authority submission of drawings and documents.

7) Assists Professional Engineer, Senior Engineers and Lead BIM Coordinator with analysis of information, production of drafting documentation, tender documents and proposals.

8) Actively pursues the opportunity to develop drafting skills and participate enthusiastically in the development of company BIM/digital standard.
