**About the Role**
Manage with overall accountability and responsibility of the Centre of Excellence for Semiconductors (with potential to develop into a Business Unit); together with the Sales Development Director for Industry, responsible for developing and implementing initiatives related to Semiconductors. The main focus is to identify, develop and manage initiatives, along with measuring and follow-up on these initiatives with the purpose to adapt Group strategies, drive the business transformation, expand the opportunities in the market and impact positively the sales force and the customer coverage. Coordinate a team of Commercial Manager and Technical key account managers and act the primary responsible across the value chain for Commercial and business-related topics.
