**Summary**:
- Salary: Up to $4,500
- 5 days / Office hours
- Company transport from MRT
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for employees.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives.
- Familiar with the full spectrum of Payroll matters and training and development process.
- Prepare and monitor the implementation of training bonds
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Contribute to performance evaluations of staff.
- Generate HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience.
