**Graphic Design**
- Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, website graphics, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality, engaging visual content.

**Social Media Management**
- Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor social media trends, engagement, and analytics to optimize content performance.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to ensure cohesive and integrated design and social media efforts.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs and social media strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 1-2 years experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with the [Education Industry] is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and utilizing scheduling tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
