Lead Business Consulting for Digital, Data Analytics & Innovation (DDA) for Asia Pacific (AP)
- Act as the primary point of contact for the market leadership teams for all 10 AP markets (including Managing Directors, Business Unit Directors, Commercial Operations Directors)
- Lead & Set-up a DDA-led Consulting Organisation of 20+ highly talented Business Strategy, Innovation and Engagement leads in 10 AP markets (South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Singapore-Malaysia, Australia-New Zealand & Vietnam).
- Oversee a 15 MN Venture Capital Strategic Value Fund & partnership opportunities with the responsibility to managing Open-Innovation-Lab activities to enable outside-in startup collaborations, to solve for affordability, access & Go-To-Market problem statements across the 10 AP Markets
- Based in Singapore, the regional hub for Asia Pacific (AP) and top-ranked biopharmaceutical company on The Straits Times and Statista’s list of Best Employers in Singapore for four consecutive years (2020- 2023).

**To be successful you will need to achieve 5 key objectives**:

- HCP & Consumer, Marketing Transformation & Idea Studio Venture Capital Fund) to deliver the applied DDA solve on-time Most importantly, enable Customer Success by embedding & scaling DDA products in everyday operations so that they become business-as-usual And, continually enable change management by shaping mindsets & toolsets across all Asia Pacific Markets, in partnership with DDA Capability & Commercial teams to develop and implement applied DDA solutions.

AP DDA is a part of the Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics (HH DDA) team. The HH DDA team spans over 80 markets across the globe and focuses on leveraging digital technologies, data analytics, and advanced analytics techniques to enable data-driven decision making and innovation within the healthcare industry. **WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in ideating and implementing 0 to 1 strategies with an early stage / growth stage startup/ entrepreneurial mindset, and an innate joy to celebrate and learn from failures.
- Deep understanding of Asia Pacific markets. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with an ability to synthesize data/insights into actionable business recommendations backed by Structured problem
- solving skills and analytical rigor
- Capability to communicate, collaborate and drive adoption and change across a range of local, regional, and global functions, with the empathy and sensitivity for cultural differences and can rally teams to action and outcomes
- Strong project and people management skills, with intellectual curiosity and the ability to create a vision as well as execute complex initiatives in matrix structures and a get things done attitude
- Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Data Science, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or other-related disciplines; an MBA from an accredited university is preferred
