**Country Manager, Thailand (Overseas Posting)
The primary role of Country Manager is to oversee the operations of a self-storage business in **Bangkok, Thailand **. The Country Manager will oversee the operations, ensure profitability, develop new businesses and facilities. The Country Manager is also responsible for:

- Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets
- Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base
- Strategize and implement tactics that would increase market share and/or awareness, in collaboration with the regional marketing team
- Analysing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to
- A good sense with sales forecasting and budgetary planning; able to articulate what would the business be performing on a rolling monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Building a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance
- Lead the sales team to in terms of strategy, methodology and best practices
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders i.e. Landlords, vendors
- Recruit and train staff. Oversee the hiring, appraisal and training of staff in Thailand
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members in terms of work / sales performance, provide guidance on career path direction and implement personal development plans for individual team members
- Be an effective communicator; able to motivate the team to work towards management’s direction, and strategy
- Help the business adapt to changes in the local market i.e. adopt and study **Thailand **business culture, government policy, fire and building safety requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the property and/or logistic field
- Knowledge and experience with managing commercial property and/or warehouse
- A solid background in business development
- Possess strong business acumen, growth mindset and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and be hands on in managing and executing the expansion plan for Thailand ; results oriented with demonstrated track record
- Ability to think creatively and out of the box to infuse the marketing plan with excitement
- Agility and ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and with a small team
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- **Must be fluent in Thai **and English
