- Cervantes Camacho Francisco Alonso- I am currently partnered with a leading Precision Engineering MNC as they are on the lookout for a Business Process Improvement Sr/Manager to lead and drive their SAP S/4 HANA implementation and go-live stages.

At this role, you will working closely with internal stakeholders from Finance, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing and Engineering departments to aligned process flow and user experience with the IT (SAP) Solutions Architects. Therefore, strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills are required to succeed in this position.
- Full-time, permanent, newly created role
- Based in Singapore with WFH arrangements available
- Reporting to Sr. Director of Business Process Transformation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/IT or relevant field
- At least 5 years of **Business Process Improvement / Transformation / Re-Engineering** experience with functional focus in Supply Chain (Planning, Purchasing, Logistics) or Manufacturing domains
- Experience working in Kaizen / Change Management Projects
- At least 10 years of SAP (R/3, ECC, S/4 HANA) end-user experience
- Background in Manufacturing (Precision Equipment, Semiconductors, Aerospace, Automotive) and/or Consultancy (serving clients in the abovementioned industries)
- Strong stakeholder management skills (persuasion and presentation skills)

**Remuneration**
- $13,000 to $15,000 SGD per month + AWS + Performance Bonus + Mobile Allowance

**Selection Process**
- 3 to 4 rounds of interviews (Panel peer interview, Hiring Manager, and HR)
