Business Strategist

**Summary**

This role is primarily concerned with developing and implementing high-level plans and strategies to achieve long-term goals, for both internal organization growth and external clients' venture building projects. This individual will work directly with the company's CEO and closely with senior management to understand the business's vision, identify growth opportunities, and formulate strategies to gain a competitive advantage.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop strategic plans to reach organisational goals.
- Perform business modelling for new strategic partnerships, optimize business functionality and performance.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing business strategies.
- Work with the management to develop innovative business models and analytic framework.
- Research and develop new business consultancy framework for clients.
- Perform business analysis and reporting to management to drive decision making purposes.
- Attend meetings and liaise with key partners, stakeholders and clients.
- Execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Strategically plan and assist on building new business units.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 3-4 years experience in consultancy and/or strategy roles.
- Business, Investment, Finance background.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and sense of numbers.
- Good understanding and keen interest in tech, i.e. Web3 and AI preferred.
- Experience in M&A or investment decisions preferred.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and critical thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Attention to detail and forward-thinking.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with deck building.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome so long as they demonstrate a willingness to learn and some pre-requisite aptitude.

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
