Job description
**Responsibilities**:
- Support and manage daily sales and customer service operations.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, delivery documents, and invoices.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse for timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
- Handle office administrative tasks such as filing, supplies, and document control.
- Assist with basic finance duties, such as issuing payment vouchers, petty cash management, and data entry for accounts receivable/payable.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to support monthly reporting and reconciliation.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
**Job Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, admin, or accounting support.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and basic finance processes (invoicing, PO, payment tracking) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients/suppliers).

Pay: $1,644.90 - $4,591.94 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
