**Join Us As Our **Training Coordinator
As our Training Coordinator, you will be part of our passionate operations team in driving the success of our various training programmes approved by SSG / IBF subsidies programs.
Here are some of the responsibilities you will be managing when you become part of our global team.
**Student Support**:
- Provide support to our learners who need help with regards to admission, class scheduling, and payments.
- Provide support to our learners in preparing and post follow up after the courses, which include sending confirmation, course registration, issue invoice, receipts, and Certificate of Attendance.
- Register students for class and oversee training claims and grants procedures.
- Ensure end to end compliance on TPG from start of class till end of class for all students.
**Admin**:
- Responsible for setting up schedules on Training Management System in a timely manner.
- Work closely with course consultants to improve customer centricity and support customer requests.
- Maintain and upkeep trainee/client database inlcuding attendance, invoices, receipts in an effective way.
**Key Requirements**:
- Completed Post Secondary Education or Undergraduate degree
- We welcome fresh graduates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task while maintaining a professional rapport with corporate clients
- Ability to use MS teams, MS Excel and tech savvy in using new systems.
