Responsibilities:
- Research, design, and implement cutting-edge NLP techniques, including:
- Developing and fine-tuning vertical Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific domains such as Travel, Fintech, and Product Recommendation.- Exploring and implementing advanced NLP techniques such as conversational agents, synthetic data generation methods, and multilingual processing approaches.- Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on models to improve performance.- Prepare and contribute to research publications for submission to top-tier conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS)-
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and machine learning.

Qualifications:- Proven track record of publications in top-tier NLP/ML conferences (ACL, EMNLP, COLING, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, ICML, AAAI, etc.).- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.- Ability to work independently and collaborative in a fast-paced research environment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Passion for solving real-world problems with NLP.
