The Procurement Associate will manage the selection and buying of all materials and procurement of services required, in collaboration with various functions within the business.

**Job Description
**_Strategy _**
- Develop the sourcing strategy in collaboration with regional procurement and align with business.
- Develop a process for tracking detailed spend, identify and profile key categories while reviewing commodities market trend.
- Communicating and sharing market intelligence (commodities movements, supplier behaviour etc.) to the business.
- Translating and aligning business and supply chain strategies.
- Perform risk analysis.
- Develop road map, set supplier negotiation plan, tools & techniques.
- Conduct audits and approval licences review.

**_Operational _**
- Create, review/ revise and maintain PIRs in SAP while managing the PO processes.
- Maintain and update master data for all valuation class.
- Offline tracking with follow up actions with suppliers.
- Provide Cash Forecast update to Finance Team
- Shipping Document Preparation and Submission for Payment.
- Arrange supplier performance review meetings.
- Preparation of monthly reports for SCM meeting.
- Compile, collate and submit documents for Tax and Audit review.
- SOP development and maintenance (compliance).
- Evaluate/Maintain Accuracy and Authenticity of Vendor Creation Supporting Documents.
- NPD support for new innovations (arranging new materials).
- MRP run on specific day of the week with required adjustments.
- Manage the returns to vendor and credit note process.
- Obtain Port Arrival Dates to confirm Goods Receipt. Obtain and process Supplier Invoice, Packing List, CCVO and

get approvals followed by further processing for completion.

**Job Requirements
- University Degree in Logistics/ Economics/ Supply Chain or Business.
- Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience in Beverages, FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry.
- SAP experience is highly advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
