**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Supervision and leading of Singapore Flexi tank Operations team
- Coordination between internal departments as well as agents and relevant parties on Flexitank trade matters
- Liaise with agency offices on sales activities, market situation, sales leads and potential customers
- Create Flexitanks seafreight quotations
- Sales order processing including Sea imports and exports processes
- Business support for sales
- Required to handle logistics operations and 3rd party warehousing

**Qualification for above position**:

- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years relevant supervisory experience in leading a team (experience with Flexi Tanks would be a distinct advantage)
- Good communicator, fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) is required
- Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
- Able to multitask and handle work professionally, maturely and efficiently
- Experience in handling overseas agents and offices would be helpful

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
