- Social Media Strategy
- Social Content Development
- Social Media Listening & Reporting
- Community Management

**With that in mind, here are the tasks you’ll handle as a Social Media Specialist**:

- Oversee our client’s social media campaigns and day-to-day activities, encompassing online advocacy, creating content, brainstorming innovative campaigns, and nurturing online communities.
- Maintain an active presence on prominent social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.). You’ll also post on relevant blogs and introduce content into social apps when necessary.
- Keep an eye on key performance indicators to gauge the impact of your initiatives. You’ll then analyze data and share insights to improve our process further.
- Report feedback and data to our Client Success team so they can refine strategies and report back to our clients.

**Spiralytics is on the lookout for Social Media Specialist applicants who meet the following requirements**:

- You understand how social media platforms differ not just in how to write successful posts but also in the types of people who use them.
- You’re willing to learn technical social media management tools quickly.
- You can condense ideas into scroll-stopping short copy.
- You can build and maintain relationships within social media communities.
- Preferred, not required: You have past public relations, marketing, sales, and community management experience.
