Training & Project Executive (Creative)

**Salary Range**:$2,610 to $3,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Project Planning & Execution:

- Develop and implement work procedures to ensure the smooth execution of creative projects.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to manage manpower, project timelines, inventory and logistics.
- Supervision & Training:

- Oversee the quality control (QC), packaging, and crafting of gifts, floral arrangements, and hampers.
- Train and guide beneficiaries in creative tasks such as gift-making and hamper packing.
- Beneficiary Management:

- Conduct intake assessments to evaluate the needs and goals of beneficiaries.
- Design and implement effective training plans to support their personal and professional development.
- Progress Monitoring:

- Regularly monitor and evaluate the progress and development of trainees.
- Ensure that trainees meet their personal and professional development goals.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Preferred experience in project management, training, and mentoring.
- Passion for social impact, particularly working with beneficiaries in creative enterprises.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
