Our client is a Japanese Financial company. They are looking for a Planning & Marketing Senior Officer/Senior Officer Lead (Japanese Speaking). You will support the Head of the Department (Planning) in achieving the department’s activities. You will assist in collaborating with regional offices to drive transactions and coordinating with Japan HQ to support these activities.
【What you will be doing】
- Assist in Planning and Marketing strategies to align with the company’s objectives
- Assist in analyzing the capability and service gaps and opportunities of the campaigns
- Assist in collaborating in all aspects of activities within the organization
- Coordinate and assist cross-functional teams to improve business planning strategy
- Assist in preparing strategic plan by analyzing trends and forecast
- Assist in translating marketing proposals and contents into Japanese and act as a bridge to Japan HQ
- Assist to establish customers specific business development/marketing strategies and revenue targets that align with the country's objective
- Assist to develop a yearly regional marketing plan in support of the overall business strategy
- Assist to develop differentiating marketing activities for the measurable benefit to the bank customer and to the company
- Assist to develop tailored marketing programs to increase card issuance and usage. These activities include start-up and coordination of all the related activities (incentives, relationship communication)
- Assist to develop below-the-line promotions, targeting the consumer/cardholder
- Assist to leverage the sponsorship platform (PR and promotions)
- Development of knowledge and marketing intelligence to develop valued and differentiating programs, establishing the company as a customer’s preferred business resource
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years marketing experience with a mix in B2B & B2C.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) Listening/Writing/Speaking is essential to create documents in Japanese and liaising with Japanese counterparts.
- Broad knowledge of multiple marketing disciplines including market research, advertising, direct marketing, media planning and outreach, and online marketing.
- Customer-facing experience, strong customer focus, passion for the development of relationships
- Proven ability to develop and successfully implement quantifiable marketing programs in customer acquisition, activation, usage, retention
- Hands-on attitude, constructive behaviour, ability to achieve goals as well as overcoming obstacles and taking appropriate risks
- Energetic person with the ability to make things happen, motivating others
- Creative thinker with a desire and tenacity to test innovative approaches
- Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
