Singapore DCH Auriga (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Full time

DCH Auriga (former company name LF Asia), a member of Dah Chong Hong Holdings, is an Asia-based integrated market management provider specialising in healthcare. Offering comprehensive commercial and logistics solutions, DCH Auriga partners with the world’s leading healthcare companies to distribute pharmaceuticals, medical devices, surgical equipment, diagnostics and OTC products for more than 500 brands into hospitals, pharmacies and specialty stores across Asia. We are looking for high caliber individual to fill the following positions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership to the healthcare team and fully responsible for the team day to day operations
- Responsible for organic growth, evaluate business strategies and achieving business goals and objectives
- Review sales KPI, incentive scheme, distribution margins to achieve operation excellence and profitability of the business
- Ensure good distribution of products portfolios in ethical channel, primary care and relevant channels
- Manage the division P&L through monitoring department A&P, OPEX, and other financial aspects
- Lead business review with key customers and Principals
- Work closely with local BD and regional BD to synergize new business into existing portfolio
- Work closely with regulatory and compliance team for audit (internal and external), process improvements, registrations, marketing collaterals so as to be fully compliant with local statutory regulations
- Review brand plans by marketing team to ensure good return of investments
- Build and retain a customer base that enables the team to meet the growth (Net Sales /Revenue) and profit (Contribution) objectives
- Maintain and develop the list of services across the division client base and ensure current contract status and risk are always appropriately mitigated through commercial arrangements and binding legal contracts
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of high performers to meet and exceed agreed goals and objectives, reinforce key disciplines and processes to support the achievements of these goals and objectives
- Champion change and promote entrepreneurial spirit within the team to encourage calculated risk taking
- Establish and maintain strong business relationship with Principles
- Administer agreed operating budget for staff costs, operating expenses and working capital management
- Partner and work with commercial excellence head to drive SFE and marketing excellence initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Science, business administration, marketing, or other relevant discipline
- More than 5 years of senior managerial position in healthcare industry with experience in sales, marketing, and brand management
- Good knowledge of the country healthcare landscape
- Experience leading a team of more than 15
- Strong in presentation and good interpersonal skills
- Experienced with implementing commercial excellence initiatives
