**Job Description**:
Support role across the Innovation Centre’s key priorities, including but not limited to:
Client Engagements & Product Development & Delivery Process (PDDP)
- Support execution of client workshops to craft a holistic solution with a cross-functional team of designers, product managers, solution architects, and marketers from both Visa and client side
- Create stimuli for, and generate insights from, qualitative and quantitative user research
- Building content (i.e. slides, templates, Mural boards) to support key activities within engagement plan
- Develop key outputs (i.e. proposition/concept summary, go-to-market plans, prototypes, and any video demos) as part of engagement deliverables
- Lead Innovation tour sessions (virtual & physical) for internal and external stakeholders, and co-facilitate breakout groups and ideation sessions
- End-to-end project management (i.e. work planning, status updates, reporting)

Thought Leadership
- Research on identified topics for the latest industry and market developments
- Design inputs into the end product (i.e. slides, summary paper)
- End-to-end project management (i.e. work planning, status updates, reporting)

Knowledge Management and Operations
- Ownership of best-in-class examples repository and white-labelled assets
- Point coordinator of team file-sharing platform

**Qualifications**:

- Two years’ experience in innovation or design consulting or digital product development
- Understanding of trends and themes in payments and commerce. Futurist outlook and passion for technology innovation. Understanding of Visa business and organization strongly preferred
- Experienced in supporting complex, cross-functional projects, with the agility and influential skills to work collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - knowledge of other Asian languages a plus
- Comfortable interacting, interviewing, and iterating with people through exploration of new concepts, prototyping, and testing
