**Responsibilities:
- Manage, oversee, and execute the daily activities of the store
- Training of new staff & mentor newbies such as part-timers and interns
- Ensuring props and shop is well maintained and clean
- Lead and motivate the staff in achieving sales objective, service excellence and operational compliance
- Supervise the work performance of the junior part-timers and full-timers
- Handle customers’ complaints, enquiries, and feedback in store via phone call or walk in, and/or through guiding junior staff regarding handling complaints
- Effectively training part-timers and junior full-timers in daily operations, product knowledge, and promotions
- Attend to part-timers’ queries about props, roster, and other daily operations
- Send in requested reports in a timely manner to reporting Head
- Achieve operational excellence through exceptional customer service
- Responsible for establishing excellent customer relationship and generate sales leads by providing professional advice and consultation to customers
- Manage inbound inquiries from corporate accounts and handle the entire sales process for team-building events at our escape room. This includes addressing client needs, presenting escape room experiences designed for team-building, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements to enhance corporate team cohesion and drive business growth

Our corporate clients range from **Fortune 500 companies **to esteemed **government agencies.
**Location**:The Cathay (Dhoby Ghaut)

**Salary**:Up to $2,750, including commissions and performance-based incentives

**Requirements**:

- Outgoing personality, bubbly, strong command of English (spoken)
- Diploma with past working experience
- Enjoys interacting with customers
- Manages time well
- Not afraid of horror movies or scary props as the games are of horror in nature
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Able to multitask
- Responsible and committed

- Leadership qualities to guide newbies

**Working Hours**:_44 hours a week - shift work. 10.30am to 7.30pm/8.30pm or 12pm/1pm to 10pm _
