**Responsibilities**:

- Full time working position on the Board of Directors in Singapore. Parent entity is publicly listed and based in India.
- Leadership role responsible for formulating plans for company growth, business plans, financial reporting, corporate development, mergers & acquisitions.
- Will be responsible for developing business strategy, planning budgets/ capital requirements, lead formation of new alliances and drive growth.
- Manage external stakeholders, strategize investment plans and expansion.
- Build partnerships, collaborations and JV relationships.
- Lead a team of individuals locally and potentially team members based overseas for these areas.

**Requirements**:

- At least 20 - 25 years of working experience, including at least 10 years in a senior level leadership position.
- Deep understanding and experience in following areas:

- The fintech sector
- Finance
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Growing a business
- Corporate development
- Working in teams spread across different geographic locations
- Experience working in a leadership role with an India based business would be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to be transferred to and posted to India is expected.
